ACQUIRE THE LAND
If you've already found the perfect land, we can help you build your perfect home. However, if you're still in the process of looking for the perfect land, our preferred realtors with years of experiences can help you acquire one and make the process a stress-free one for you and your family.
Step 2
PERSONALIZE YOUR HOME
You can choose from our gallery of home designs that are created to fit an array of lifestyles and budgets. You will also have the opportunity to modify the floor plan, exterior elevation, and many more to fit your needs. Once you have selected your home design, you will work with our design team to add more options and finishes that complement your lifestyle.
Prefer to design from scratch? No worries! You can work one-on-one with our architect and interior designer to design your house just as you imagine.
Step 3
FINALIZE COSTS
We will meet on site to determine all site development costs. You will also finalize all structural and design options, and we will provide you with final costs and purchase agreements.
Step 4
SECURE FINANCING
To make the process easier, our preferred lenders, with experiences in new construction loan, are ready and willing to guide you through the process of financing your home from start to finish. They will help to custom tailor mortgage options to meet your financing needs. They will also work closely with your sales and construction team to coordinate the entire process from start to finish so there are no unexpected hurdles or delays.
Step 5
BUILD YOUR HOME
As we build your home from the ground up based on everything you have personally selected, you can finally sit back and admire our craftsmanship. Our construction team of professionals will ensure that your home will be built with the utmost care and attention detail. We believe in building your home just like how we would build our own.
This process usually takes 6-10 months:
